1. The processing time

We process incoming orders by 12 p.m. on the same day - excluding public holidays and weekends.

2. Shipping within Germany

We ship with DHL.

Standard shipping usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as the order is ready for collection by DHL.

3. Shipping rates within Germany

For orders of €20 or more:

DHL standard shipping: free

For orders under 20€:

DHL standard shipping: €4.90

We offer EU-wide shipping via DHL. Below you will find a list of the countries we currently ship to. If you would like delivery to a country not on this list, please contact us.

For orders worth €200 or more, shipping to the following countries is free.
