Customers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods.

Consequences of revocation

If the customer revokes this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from the customer, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will any fees be charged as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

The goods must be returned to our address Milk & Sons GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Germany, immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of the customer's cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the deadline of fourteen days has expired.

We do not bear the costs of returning the goods.

The customer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
